No Liability for In-Person Transactions
Bazalu facilitates only the discovery of products and services and not the transaction itself. Bazalu is not liable for any issues arising from purchases made at physical locations, including but not limited to product quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the customer experience with the business.
Platform Availability
We strive to ensure the platform is available 24/7, but we make no guarantees about uptime or availability. Bazalu is not liable for any interruptions to service, technical issues, or any consequences that may arise from such interruptions.
Accuracy of Information
