However, Bazalu is not involved in the actual transactions between customers and businesses.

For Customers
Customers agree to use Bazalu responsibly and abide by all applicable laws. They must verify product availability before visiting a store and understand that all transactions are conducted directly with merchants, not through Bazalu.
For Merchants
Merchants must ensure product listings, availability, and business information are accurate. They are responsible for customer interactions and must comply with relevant laws regarding sales, marketing, and customer data protection.
Prohibited Activities
Users and businesses agree not to: - Use Bazalu for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes. - Scrape, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without authorization. - Interfere with the platform’s security or attempt unauthorized access. - Upload malicious software or spam users. - Use Facebook or Instagram API integrations in ways that violate Facebook’s policies.
4. Use of Facebook and Instagram APIs
Integration and Data Access
Bazalu integrates with Facebook and Instagram APIs to help businesses manage social media interactions. This includes: - Collecting Instagram Business or Facebook Page data such as messages, user IDs, and store information. - Using this data for AI-powered customer engagement and marketing automation.
User Permissions and Control
By connecting your social media accounts, you grant us permission to process relevant data in accordance with Facebook’s and Instagram’s API policies. Users can revoke access anytime via Facebook or Instagram settings.
Data Usage and Compliance
We strictly adhere to Facebook’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Collected data is used solely for enhancing business interactions and is not shared with unauthorized third parties. We do not store sensitive data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Facebook and Instagram data only as long as necessary to provide our services. If a user revokes access or deletes their account, we will remove associated data in compliance with Facebook’s data deletion policies. Restrictions and Responsibilities
Businesses using Bazalu’s Facebook and Instagram integration must comply with all applicable laws and Facebook’s policies, including: - Not using collected data for unauthorized advertising, marketing, or reselling. - Ensuring user data is handled securely and confidentially. - Avoiding collection or storage of passwords or other sensitive credentials. - Regularly reviewing and updating access permissions. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Reporting and Compliance
If users suspect any misuse of Facebook or Instagram data on Bazalu, they should report it immediately to our support team at teambazalu@gmail.com. We cooperate with Facebook in investigating and addressing policy violations.

No Liability for In-Person Transactions
Bazalu is a discovery platform and does not facilitate actual transactions. We are not responsible for any disputes between customers and merchants.
Platform Availability
While we aim for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Bazalu is not liable for outages or technical issues.
Accuracy of Information
Bazalu does not guarantee the accuracy of product listings or business details provided by merchants.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or Bazalu shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
